Split for Android saves bills, friend details, allocations, and manually recorded payment status in private app storage on this device. This version has no account or network connection. To remove its local data, use Android’s app storage controls or uninstall the app.

When you tap “Choose app to share,” Android opens the Sharesheet. Split provides the message preview to the destination you select; that app handles it under its own policies. Split does not send SMS or verify payment.

iPhone and account support

Use Settings in Split to manage your account, disconnect banks, or delete your account. To share a request, open Requests, choose a purchase, and select a friend.
